WEEK SIXTEEN at the Dough Canteen

Short week this week because of Canada Day! We are going to be low on certain things tomorrow, so bear with us while we restock!
- We're making SPELT tomorrow (and Saturday, as always).
- We got a fresh crate of heritage eggs yesterday!
- We have nut burgers and chicken meatballs back in stock!
- If you haven't tried the Beet Hummus or Arugula Pesto from Farmer's Pantry, you probably should!
- Stay tuned for this weekend's pie feature!
The rest of the shop stock is pretty well the same as last week, but we will have PASTA PESTO PEA salad as well as Creamy Cucumber and Very Green (broccoli, beans, peas, cranberries, and grapes + creamy dressing). If you want salad (or anything) for the weekend, let us know!
We are going to continue our attempt to open at
9AM across the board, Wednesday through Sunday : )
I'm hoping to drop a new website situation very soon, which will hopefully run smoother, and be more useful than this one...
Salads of the moment:
Creamy Cucumber loads of cucumber, dill, red onion in a creamy dressing (sour cream, mayo, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper).
Pasta Pesto Pea fusille, peas, pesto (basil, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt), green onion, spinach, parmesan, mayo, lemon, salt, pepper.
Very Green broccoli, green beans, grapes, green onion, cranberries, creamy citrus dressing.

Spring Pea w Mint V GF
Cold Cucumber V GF
Veggie Chili, with a kick VG GF
Chipotle Corn Chowder
New England Clam Chowder
Lemony Chicken Orzo
