Hello Friends! Just a few quick updates for the beginning of Summer. Thank you for all your amazing support over the last year and a bit -- I hope you know who you are!!!! (I'm not saying it's over over, but it is beginning to feel a little bit different...isn't it?)
Long Weekend:
We will be OPEN Thursday July 1st 9am-3pm, and will be donating 15% of all sales to the Native Women's Resource Centre (Gerrard St. East).
We will then be CLOSED Sunday July 4th.
Summer Hours:
We will be closing at 4pm on Sundays (as opposed to 5).
We will be taking our summer hiatus during the second half of August. Exact dates to be shared soon.
Changes at the Order Desk:
The order desk will now be officially 'OPEN' Wednesday to Saturday 9am-3pm.
What does this mean?
Orders received Sunday/Monday/Tuesday will be confirmed on Wednesday.
I won't be responding to nighttime emails for next day orders as often.
To be safe, you should allow ONE WEEK notice for cake and cupcake orders.
Wednesday Spelt orders should be submitted by Sunday (latest).
This still isn't a perfect system, but it's the best we can manage at the moment for a bakery that makes such a variety of things fresh everyday.
